All high quality files are sent via email to the email of initial correspondence unless directed otherwise. We advise you to save this email or download all files to a desktop to ensure these files are kept safe and not misplaced in the future (As you will likely need these for your business quite often)
Yes absolutely. We always love to get direction and thoughts from our clients. However, often times business owners know very little about design theory/branding and often their idea of what would “look cool” could actually be harmful to their growth. Its always best to trust your designer. After all, there’s a reason you hired them.
We have 10+ years of design background, 7+ years of digital marketing and sales, and also have worked closely in the corporate world for large companies that specialize in business development and growth solutions for small-medium size businesses.

Every project is different, so turn around can vary. We take pride in our communication and response with our clients. For design projects we usually take about 24-48 hrs to research the niche and specifics for our clients and turnaround is usually 2-4 days after that for standard design services (Branding/brand identity and other services can take a little longer but we keep you updated through the whole process with full transparency)
